Allison Starr is a project associate who focuses on health literacy and language access at the Nebraska Association of Local Health Directors (NALHD). She holds a Health Literacy Specialist Certificate from the Institute of Healthcare Advancement (IHA) and is trained in ToP facilitation methods.
