The RHC provides owners and managers with information needed to ensure the responsible sale and service of alcohol, protect their business from legal, financial, and criminal liability, ensure customer safety, and maintain profitability. Cost is $100.00 per person (plus processing fees).

*Note: Payment is required even though the course is marked as "Free" as payment is made through a different site.
  • This course is two trainings in one. No payment is required to take the State section.
  • To serve alcohol in Lincoln requires the additional paid City training.

  • Permits are issued after successfully completing each course.
